Utricularia bisquamata is a tiny, fast-spreading terrestrial bladderwort from South Africa, widely used as a companion plant in carnivore collections. It is considered virtually pest-proof in practice — its prolific stolon network recovers quickly. Fungus gnats are the only realistic indoor threat. Its main 'problem' is self-seeding aggressively into neighbouring pots.
