What's eating my shadow adromischus?

Shadow Adromischus is a rare, slow-growing succulent with low pest pressure overall. Mealybugs are the primary risk, hiding between the densely packed leaves. Root mealybugs can go undetected for months. Spider mites may appear in very dry indoor conditions. Because this is a collector plant, early detection and gentle treatment are essential to preserve it.
