What's eating my sarracenia-like sun pitcher?

Sarracenia-like sun pitcher (Heliamphora sarracenioides) is a rare Highland Heliamphora cultivated in cool humid terrariums. Spider mites are the leading pest threat in dry indoor air. Mealybugs can colonise the base of pitchers unseen; aphids may attack new growth. Fungus gnats are a secondary risk in wet substrate.
