What's eating my red arrow arrowhead vine?

Red Arrow Arrowhead Vine (Syngonium erythrophyllum) is a collector's houseplant with deep burgundy foliage. Like all Syngoniums, it is most vulnerable to spider mites and mealybugs in typical indoor conditions. The dark leaf colour can mask early pest damage, so check undersides and joints with every watering.
