What's eating my pseudolithos migiurtinus?

Pseudolithos migiurtinus is an ultra-rare Somali caudiciform grown as a prized houseplant. Mealybugs are its most serious pest, hiding in the deeply textured body surface. Spider mites can emerge in warm, stagnant air. Keeping the plant slightly warm and dry with good ventilation prevents most problems; quarantine new acquisitions for at least three weeks.
