What's eating my pochutla chamaedorea?

Pochutla Chamaedorea is a compact indoor palm sharing the same pest vulnerabilities as other Chamaedorea species. Spider mites are the most damaging threat in dry, heated rooms, causing frond discolouration and dieback. Scale insects and mealybugs can build up on canes unnoticed. Maintaining moderate humidity dramatically reduces spider mite risk.
