What's eating my philodendron 'moonlight'?

Philodendron 'Moonlight' is a clumping indoor aroid most troubled by mealybugs clustered in its dense rosette and thrips that disfigure its luminous yellow-green new leaves. Spider mites and aphids can also occur. Its tight, upright growth hides pests at the base, so pull leaves apart to inspect during each watering.
