What's eating my philodendron mccolley's finale?

McColley's Finale Philodendron is a self-heading hybrid susceptible to the typical indoor philodendron pests. Mealybugs and spider mites are most common, often establishing in the dense overlapping leaves at the rosette centre. Thrips can damage the copper-to-red new growth. Scale can settle on older, woodier stems of mature plants.
