What's eating my philodendron callosum?

Philodendron Callosum is a rare terrestrial aroid grown indoors, susceptible to mealybugs along its textured stems and leaf undersides. Spider mites can colonise its broad leaves in low humidity. Fungus gnats may appear when the humid substrate stays too wet. Vigilant quarantine and neem oil sprays are the most reliable controls.
