What's eating my nepenthes rajah?

Nepenthes rajah is a rare highland Nepenthes grown indoors in cool, humid conditions. Its main pest threats are mealybugs and scale insects; aphids and thrips occasionally strike new growth. Chemical sensitivity is high — stick to manual removal and isopropyl alcohol. Never introduce pesticides into the pitcher fluid, which forms part of the plant's feeding mechanism.
