What's eating my nepenthes copelandii?

Nepenthes copelandii is a Philippine highland Nepenthes maintained in intermediate to cool humid conditions. Mealybugs hiding in leaf axils are the most common threat, followed by spider mites if humidity falls. Scale can arrive on unquarantined new plants. Prompt isolation and alcohol-swab treatment are the first lines of defense.
