What's eating my narcissus 'tete-a-tete'?

Narcissus 'Tete-a-Tete' is one of the most widely grown miniature daffodils and shares the genus's built-in defence: its bulbs are toxic and largely ignored by deer and squirrels. The main threats are narcissus bulb fly, narcissus eelworm, and basal rot in waterlogged soils. Slugs may damage emerging foliage.
