What's eating my marang?

Marang is most seriously threatened by fruit flies (Bactrocera spp.), which sting the large ripening fruits and cause internal rot. Mealybugs and scale insects cluster on stems and fruit stalks attracting sooty mold. Aphids attack new growth. Bag individual fruits as they develop, deploy fruit fly traps, and treat sap-suckers with neem oil or insecticidal soap.
