What's eating my lossow's jensenobotrya?

Lossow's Jensenobotrya (Jensenobotrya lossowiana) is a rare Namibian succulent kept as a collector houseplant. As with other dwarf succulents in cultivation, mealybugs are the primary pest risk, particularly root mealybugs given the plant's small root system. Scale and spider mites may appear in dry indoor conditions. Vigilance during repotting is essential.

White cottony masses between leaves and on stems; honeydew and possible sooty mold; leaves may yellow. Remove with alcohol-tipped cotton swab; apply dilute neem oil or insecticidal soap; isolate from other succulents and repeat treatment weekly.
