What's eating my ionas' sun pitcher?

Ionas' sun pitcher (Heliamphora ionasii) is a Highland-climate indoor carnivore grown in cool, humid terrariums. Spider mites are the most common pest in low-humidity conditions. Mealybugs hide deep in pitcher crevices near the rhizome; aphids occasionally infest new pitchers. Fungus gnats breed in wet substrate.
