What's eating my henderson's allamanda?

Henderson's Allamanda (Allamanda cathartica 'Hendersonii') is a fast-growing tropical climber most commonly attacked by spider mites and whitefly, particularly in warm dry spells or under glass. Mealybugs and scale can establish on established vines. Neem oil spray and good air circulation are the core management tools.
