What's eating my helleri holly?

Helleri Holly, a compact Japanese holly, is most troubled by holly leafminer whose larvae cause blotchy leaf mines. Southern red mites cause bronzing in cool seasons. Scale insects and black vine weevil larvae also attack roots and bark. Deer will browse foliage where populations are high.
