What's eating my hairy alumroot?

Hairy alumroot is notably more heat- and humidity-tolerant than other Heucheras, making it slightly less prone to root rot but still vulnerable to vine weevil grubs and slug damage. Its hairy leaf texture provides mild deterrence against some insects. Deer and rabbits still browse it. Vine weevil remains the primary killer, particularly in containers.
