What's eating my florida beauty?

Philodendron pedatum 'Florida Beauty' is a variegated sport of Florida Ghost with yellow-cream speckled leaves. As with all variegated Philodendrons, thrips are the worst pest — they permanently scar the prized variegation on developing leaves. Mealybugs and spider mites are secondary. High humidity and vigilant inspection of unfurling growth are the best defences.
