What's eating my echeveria strictiflora?

Echeveria strictiflora is a compact, drought-tolerant species native to Texas and northern Mexico. As a houseplant, its main pests are mealybugs at the rosette base and occasional root mealybugs. Spider mites can appear in low humidity. Its naturally xeric constitution means it rarely attracts heavy infestations when given proper dry conditions.
