What's eating my dwarf umbrella plant?

Dwarf Umbrella Plant (Heptapleurum arboricola) attracts spider mites, scale insects, and mealybugs as its most common indoor pests. Its compact, multi-stemmed form provides many sheltered hiding spots for mites and scale along stems. Aphids can cluster on tender new shoots. Regular inspection at watering time and good air circulation are the best preventive measures.
