What's eating my calanthe vestita?

Calanthe vestita is a deciduous tropical orchid grown indoors or in a warm greenhouse. Mealybugs are its most persistent pest, sheltering in the sheaths of its tall foliage and around pseudobulbs. Spider mites attack during the summer growing season. Scale insects and aphids on flower spikes are also noted problems.
