What's eating my bacopa 'scopia gulliver purple'?

Bacopa 'Scopia Gulliver Purple' shares the same pest profile as other Sutera cultivars: aphids and whitefly are the main seasonal threats on soft shoot tips. Spider mite flares in drought stress. In pots and baskets outdoors, vine weevil larvae can silently eat roots from below through summer.

Dense colonies on tender new growth; sticky honeydew; leaf curl and stunted flowers. Spray with insecticidal soap or diluted neem oil; repeat every 5–7 days. Introduce or attract natural predators such as ladybirds.

White moth-like insects under leaves; honeydew and sooty mould; reduced vigour and yellowing foliage. Yellow sticky traps for monitoring; treat with pyrethrin or insecticidal soap sprays. Avoid overhead watering which reduces spray efficacy.
