What's eating my anthurium andraeanum 'florida'?

Anthurium andraeanum 'Florida' is an indoor tropical vulnerable to spider mites, mealybugs, scale insects, and thrips. Spider mites are the most common threat, thriving in dry indoor air. Inspect the waxy spathes and leaf undersides regularly, and maintain humidity above 50% to deter most pests.
