What's eating my alocasia jacklyn?

Alocasia 'Jacklyn' shares the genus's well-known vulnerability to spider mites, especially in low-humidity homes. Its large, deeply lobed leaves also attract mealybugs and scale insects along prominent veins. Thrips can scar the spectacular patterned foliage permanently. Boost humidity, inspect leaf undersides weekly, and treat at the first sign of infestation.
