What's eating my aglaonema legacy?

Aglaonema 'Legacy' is a dark-green-leaved indoor cultivar most commonly troubled by mealybugs and spider mites. Its dense, leathery leaves can conceal early infestations. Routine inspection of leaf axils and undersides, combined with good air circulation and moderate humidity, keeps this low-maintenance houseplant pest-free in most indoor conditions.

Cottony white masses in leaf joints and along the stem; weakened growth and sticky, mould-prone surfaces. Remove colonies with an alcohol-dipped swab; apply neem oil spray to the whole plant weekly until clear.
