How to prune turnip 'oasis'

Thin seedlings 2–3 weeks after sowing; remove bolt stalks immediately in warm weather. Snip surplus seedlings at soil level at the thinning stage. Cut bolt stalks flush at the base as soon as the central stalk begins to elongate. Harvest outer greens sparingly, leaving the majority of foliage intact.

Thin seedlings to 3–4 inches for proper root development. Remove any bolt stalks at the base promptly — this variety can bolt in heat.
