As needed — once per bloom cycle. Brassia Rex is a vigorous intergeneric hybrid that needs little pruning. Remove spent flower spikes at the base after blooming. Fully dried, leafless old pseudobulbs can be detached at repotting. Otherwise leave the plant alone — healthy pseudobulbs and foliage must not be pruned, as they store the energy for large, repeat blooms.
