How to prune geranium x oxonianum 'wargrave pink'

Midsummer after first flower flush; late autumn or early spring. Cut all stems back to 5–10 cm after peak flowering, then water and feed lightly. Repeat-blooming begins within a few weeks. In late autumn, cut remaining stems to ground level or leave for frost insulation and cut back in spring.

Twice yearly. Geranium x oxonianum 'Wargrave Pink' produces salmon-pink flowers over a very long season and benefits greatly from a hard midsummer cutback. Shear all stems to near ground level after the first flush to prompt strong regrowth and repeat bloom into autumn. Cut to ground in late autumn or early spring.
