Every 6–12 months; reversion removal as it appears. Epipremnum aureum 'Harlequin' needs occasional pruning to stay full and to control reversion. Trim leggy vines back to a node to promote branching. Critically, remove any leaves reverting to plain green immediately — 'Harlequin' is heavily variegated and reverted growth will outcompete the variegated portions if left unchecked.
