Sasanqua Camellia problems — and how to fix them
Sasanqua Camellia (Camellia sasanqua) is generally forgiving once you match its basics, but a few issues come up again and again. Here is what each one looks like, why it happens, and the fix.
Bud drop
Caused by dry roots in late summer, sudden cold, or erratic watering during bud set. Maintain even moisture and mulch from August onward.
Leaf yellowing (chlorosis)

Sooty mould
