Horombe Pachypodium problems — and how to fix them
Horombe Pachypodium (Pachypodium horombense) is generally forgiving once you match its basics, but a few issues come up again and again. Here is what each one looks like, why it happens, and the fix.
Root and stem rot
The most serious risk. Caused by any moisture during cool dormancy. Maintain completely dry conditions from late autumn to mid-spring and use fast-draining soil year-round.
Failure to flower
