Glaziou's Fuchsia problems — and how to fix them

Fuchsia gall mite (Aculops fuchsiae)
Tiny mites cause the shoot tips and emerging buds to become grotesquely distorted and reddened. Remove and destroy all affected growth well below the damaged tissue; chemical control is limited, so biological control with Amblyseius andersoni is recommended.
Botrytis (grey mould)
In cool, humid greenhouse conditions, grey mould can rot stems, buds, and flowers, leaving a grey furry coating. Improve air circulation, remove dead or dying material promptly, and avoid wetting foliage in the evening.
