Daylily problems — and how to fix them
Daylily (Hemerocallis spp.) is generally forgiving once you match its basics, but a few issues come up again and again. Here is what each one looks like, why it happens, and the fix.
Few or no blooms
Too much shade or overcrowding; move to full sun and divide clumps.
Yellow or browning leaves
Normal at season end, or a sign of overcrowding — divide every few years.
