Agave titanota problems — and how to fix them
Agave titanota (Agave titanota) is generally forgiving once you match its basics, but a few issues come up again and again. Here is what each one looks like, why it happens, and the fix.
Rot in damp or cold soil
Notoriously rot-prone if overwatered. Use an extra-gritty or inorganic mix, water only when fully dry, and keep warm and dry in winter.
