Agave nickelsiae problems — and how to fix them
Agave nickelsiae (Agave nickelsiae) is generally forgiving once you match its basics, but a few issues come up again and again. Here is what each one looks like, why it happens, and the fix.
Overwatering rot
Its small roots and slow growth make it very rot-prone. Keep the mix gritty, water only when fully dry, and water minimally in winter.
